South Korean rehabilitation equipment company Marpe Co., Ltd. RSAU ANTARIKSA is a major national hospital operated by the Indonesian Air Force and serves as a hub not only for military healthcare but also for improving the quality of civilian rehabilitation medicine.

This cooperation is regarded as a symbolic case in which Marpe’s products have been adopted by a core institution within the national healthcare system, demonstrating both technical strength and reliability.

The main devices exported by Marpe include:

  • GTS STAND: A sling-based gait rehabilitation system that prevents patient falls and enables safe gait, upper and lower body training.

  • PTS STAND: A three-stage sling system supporting manual therapy and corrective exercises, suitable for musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.

  • PAS: A posture analysis system used to assess a patient’s posture and compare their condition before and after rehabilitation for treatment planning and consultation.

  • MTFS: A portable sensor attachable to sling ropes that measures left-right muscle strength balance in real-time during sling exercises, supporting systematic and effective rehabilitation training.

Through this supply, Marpe is not only exporting equipment but also building an integrated rehabilitation system at the local hospital that encompasses evaluation, planning, and sling-based training—proving its position as an advanced rehabilitation solutions company.

CEO Taekyeon Kim stated,

“Our collaboration with RSAU ANTARIKSA Hospital is a significant milestone that proves Marpe’s technology is recognized even by national medical institutions.”
“We will continue to expand smart rehabilitation systems to both public and private medical institutions in Indonesia.”

Meanwhile, Indonesia is experiencing a rapid increase in demand for rehabilitation medicine due to aging and the rise of chronic diseases. In particular, modernization of equipment in public and military hospitals is actively underway.

Marpe plans to continue expanding its presence in the Indonesian rehabilitation market through participation in local exhibitions, specialized training, and customized solution proposals.
